Our Outpatient Dialysis and Home Training facilities are in Grundy County (Morris) and the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago (Joliet), along the I-80 corridor.
To find Morris Community Dialysis (outpatient center), take I-80 (West from I-55, East from I-39) to Exit 112, Morris. Head south on State Route 47 (N. Division St.) and take a right, headed West on US Rt. 6 (Bedford Rd.). From Bedford Rd, turn left at the stoplight at the intersection of Lakewood Drive and Bedford. Morris Community Dialysis is in the plaza on the left.
Our Affiliated Dialysis of Joliet Home Hemodialysis Training Center is located next to Subway, on Hoboult Rd, on the soutwest side of Joliet. Take I-80 (East from I-55, West from I-57) toward Joliet, and exit north on Hoboult. The plaza will be on your right.
